So many people have said to me they know they need to make change, but life just gets in the way. I get it. This used to happen to me in so many areas of my life. Until I took stock. I got so frustrated with the many things I wanted to change in my life, but just wasn’t getting to them. Then, I realised, if it’s going to be, it’s up to me.
So I took time out and got myself super organised. And I slowly started making change happen. In all areas of my life. And I feel amazing as a result!
But I understand overwhelm. In fact you could say I had a very close relationship with overwhelm. It dominated me for so many years. But that has changed now. I still have days where I get in a pickle if I’m not organised, but I can handle that now, and I quickly get myself back on track.
